Fundraising

Sadly, nothing's for free, especially the boring stuff like insurance premiums for events; so we are always on the lookout for interesting and fun ways to raise funds for the village.

Eveny penny we raise is used to keep Turnchapel lovely and enhance the experience of villagers, so the more we can raise — the more we can do.

In the past we've raised much-needed funds by selling scrap metal retrieved from the beaches by volunteers, by table-top sales, raffles etc., and of course donations from individuals and organisations who appreciate our little bit of paradise, are always very, very welcome.
